Ali Oussoren, BS

     Ali Oussoren serves as the Director of Operations & Community Partnerships for Dr. Sarah Dihmes' practices, overseeing administrative operations, referral development, and community outreach across the practice's locations in Maryland, Virginia, New York, California, and its nationwide telehealth services. Working closely with Dr. Dihmes, Ali plays a central role in ensuring the practice operates with the highest standards of organization, professionalism, and client care. As Dr. Dihmes' trusted right hand, she helps transform ideas into action while supporting the continued growth and excellence of the practice.

     Ali oversees many of the practice's day-to-day operations, coordinating scheduling, patient communications, and administrative systems while ensuring a seamless experience for clients, referral partners, and clinicians. She also leads the practice's referral outreach efforts, cultivating relationships with physicians, psychologists, schools, attorneys, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals throughout the communities the practice serves.

     Passionate about collaboration, Ali helps develop interdisciplinary referral networks that allow clients to receive comprehensive, coordinated care. She also contributes to the practice's marketing initiatives by designing educational materials, creating social media content, coordinating community events, and helping expand awareness of the practice's specialized psychological services.

     Ali is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Professional Counseling at Loyola University Maryland, where she is entering her second year of graduate training. Her clinical interests include holistic approaches to mental health, mindfulness-based interventions, and the integration of wellness practices that support emotional and psychological well-being. Her experience in both clinical training and healthcare operations provides her with a unique perspective on delivering compassionate, client-centered care.

     Outside of work and graduate school, Ali enjoys exploring the hiking trails around Loch Raven Reservoir, and spending time with family and friends. An avid foodie, she loves discovering Baltimore's vibrant restaurant scene and exploring new cuisines. Her current favorites are Vito Ristorante in Cockeysville and NiHao in Canton!
